I love Dalí and had no idea there was a museum dedicated to his work in Florida! I’ll need to check it out when we visit this January.

Kennedy has been on my bucket list for forever, but I didn’t know you could dine with an astronaut. That would be an unbelievably cool and interesting experience. My next favorite is probably the Salvador Dali Museum. My favorite architect is Spanish and I like their style. And I would definitely want to visit The Stetson Mansion in December for the Christmas Spectacular, that room is beautiful!!

Since I’ve never been anywhere in the United States before, I honestly didn’t know that there is a museum dedicated to Salvator Dali all the way there. This sounds like something that I would like to visit, I’m not exactly an expert when it comes to arts, but I love to check out all the paintings and masterpieces, especially from someone as big as Salvator Dali. Maybe one day when visa and all those complicated requirements are not necessary to visit the US for my passport. Thanks for sharing! 😉

Dining with an astronaut would be such a unique experience! I had no idea there was a Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg! I love his work. I will have to add these 2 to my list of “must do” things in Florida. So often when you go somewhere for a sunny holiday you concentrate on the beaches! This is a great list to round out any vacation to Florida!

Florida seems to treasure many unique places. Thanks for this. I would love to explore Kennedy Space Centre to show my gratitude to many of those strong souls who ventured in space. Its in my bucket list since long.

What a great post! Several of these were already on my list of places I want to visit, like The Ringling and Kennedy space center. I love touring Gilded Age Mansion too! It’s great to remind people that Florida isn’t just Disney World, beaches, and swamps!

This is an interesting post, a lot of people in the UK only visit Florida for Disney World but this proves there is more than that! I visited Kennedy Space Centre as a child and don’t think I really appreciated it. Should probably return as an adult to get the most out of it!

I’ve been to Florida many times when I was a kid on family trips and the only one of these places I’ve been and indeed heard of is the Kennedy Space Centre, which bring back great memories. We’ve not been back for a long time but I would love to go to Florida again and see not only the places from my childhood trips but some of these other places that offer a different side to this state too.
